How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker.
- Manual inspection:
- Access the lock assembly and check for broken gears or stripped teeth in the motor gearbox.
- Ensure latch moves freely.
- Replace lock assembly: If gears are damaged or motor continues to run past end of travel, replace the door lock motor and latch assembly.
- Control board: If a new lock assembly still results in F95, the EOC may be miscontrolling the motor and should be replaced.
