Display shows 'LOC' or a lock icon; oven and sometimes cooktop controls are unresponsive.

Safety first: No disassembly required.

• Unlock controls:
  • Press and hold the Lock, Control Lock, or sometimes Start button for 3–5 seconds until 'LOC' disappears.
• Clean keypad:
  • Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly to ensure no button is stuck.
• Power reset: If the lock will not clear, turn breaker OFF for 5 minutes, then ON, and try again.
