Induction cooktop shows Er36 when using Flex or combined cooking zones

• Reposition cookware: Ensure the pan covers the required area of the flex zone and is centered. Avoid placing very small pans across two coils.
• Use single large pan: For combined zones, use one large pan instead of two small ones.
• Power reset: Turn off the cooktop at the breaker for 5 minutes and retest.
• If Er36 persists on flex zone only: A technician should inspect the flex zone coil array and harness, and update or replace the power module if needed.
