Oven light will not turn on

Safety: Turn off power or unplug the range before replacing the bulb to avoid shock.

• Replace bulb: Remove the glass light cover inside the oven (usually twists off). Replace with the correct high-temperature appliance bulb.
• Test door switch: If the light does not come on when the door is opened, test the door switch for continuity when pressed and released. Replace if faulty.
• Control issue: If the bulb and switch are good, the control board may not be sending power to the light circuit and may need replacement.
