LOC or control lock icon on display, oven and/or cooktop controls unresponsive.

Safety: No internal repair needed for normal lock operation.

• Unlock controls: Press and hold the designated control lock key (often "Lock Controls" or a padlock icon) for 3–5 seconds until LOC disappears.
• Power reset: If LOC will not clear, turn off power for 1 minute and restore. Try unlocking again.
• Check keypad: If the lock button does not respond, the touchpad may be failing and require replacement.
