Cooktop touch controls are unresponsive or respond erratically; beeping without input.

Safety first: Turn off the cooktop and disconnect power if necessary.

• Clean surface: Wipe the glass control area with a dry, soft cloth to remove moisture and residues. Ensure it is completely dry.
• Remove objects: Do not place pans, utensils, or cloths over the control symbols. These can interfere with touch detection.
• Power reset: Turn off the breaker for 1–2 minutes, then restore power to reset the control electronics.
• Check child lock: Ensure the child lock function is not active; deactivate according to the user manual.
• Replace touch panel: If the problem persists with a clean, dry surface and correct usage, the touch panel or UI PCB may be defective and require replacement.

Warning: Do not use sharp objects on the touch area; they can damage the sensor grid.
