Haier range display shows LOC or a lock icon and oven/cooktop controls do not respond

Safety first: Ensure all burners and oven are off before changing lock settings.

• Disable child lock: On most Haier ranges, press and hold the Lock or Key icon button for 3–5 seconds until the LOC indicator disappears. Refer to your user manual for the exact key combination.
• Power reset: If the lock will not clear, turn off power at the breaker for 5 minutes, then restore power and try again.
• Check buttons: If the lock button does not respond, the touchpad may be faulty. Inspect and replace the touch control panel if necessary.

Child lock is a normal feature, not a fault, unless it cannot be disabled.
