Mode verification: Ensure you have selected a convection mode, not standard bake.
Listen for fan: During convection operation, you should hear the fan. If not, access the rear of the oven to reach the fan motor.
Inspect fan: Check for obstructions or baked-on debris preventing the fan from turning. Clean as needed.
Test motor: Disconnect the fan motor and test for continuity. Replace the convection fan motor if open or seized.
Control board: If the motor is good, test for voltage at the motor during convection mode (only if qualified). Replace the control board if it is not supplying power.

A working convection fan is essential for even baking in convection modes.
