Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before opening any panels.

Verify outlet: Confirm correct voltage at the outlet or junction box with a multimeter.
Inspect terminal block: Remove the rear cover and check for loose or burnt connections at the range terminal block.
Check internal fuses: Some Haier models have fuses on the control board or wiring harness. Test for continuity and replace with identical type and rating if blown.
Thermal fuse: Locate any inline thermal fuse protecting the control. Test and replace if open.
Control board: If fuses and wiring are good, the control board's power supply may have failed. Replace the oven control board.

Never bypass fuses; they are critical safety devices.
