How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off gas and power before removing knobs.
- Remove and clean: Pull off the knobs and clean the area around the shafts with a degreaser. Do not allow liquid to enter the valve body.
- Inspect knobs: Replace any Hansa control knobs that are cracked or deformed.
- Shaft condition: If shafts are bent or excessively worn, the corresponding gas valve or energy regulator should be replaced.
