Oven door glass is loose, rattling, or has condensation between panes

Safety first: Ensure the oven is cool. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling glass.

• Tighten screws: Open the door and remove the inner panel screws to access the glass. Tighten any loose brackets or retainers.
• Clean and dry: If condensation is present, disassemble the door according to the Hansa manual, clean the glass panes, and allow them to dry completely before reassembly.
• Replace seals/spacers: Install new door glass seals or spacers if they are degraded.
• Replace glass: If the glass is cracked or badly scratched, replace the Hansa oven door glass assembly.
