Cooktop control knobs are hard to turn or feel loose and wobbly.

Safety: For gas models, ensure all burners are off before removing knobs.

• Remove and clean: Pull off the knobs and clean the shaft area with a mild degreaser. Dry thoroughly.
• Inspect knobs: Check for cracks or stripped inserts. Replace damaged knobs with Hisense-approved replacements.
• Valve stems: If stems are bent or excessively worn, the gas valves may need replacement by a qualified technician.
• Reinstall correctly: Align the flat side of the knob insert with the valve stem and push firmly into place.
