Cooktop glass is cracked or shattered, but some zones may still heat.

Safety: Immediately turn off power at the breaker. Do not use the cooktop with a cracked glass surface due to risk of electric shock and further breakage.

• Do not tape or glue: Temporary repairs with tape or adhesive are unsafe and not recommended.
• Order replacement glass: Obtain the correct Hisense glass top for your model using the full model number from the rating plate.
• Transfer components: With power disconnected, remove the damaged glass and carefully transfer burners, sensors, and seals to the new glass following service instructions.
• Check for underlying damage: Inspect elements and wiring for damage from the impact and replace as needed.
