Possible Causes
Loose wiring harness between touch panel and main PCB, Defective touch control panel, Failed main control board (PCB), Low or unstable incoming voltage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the range at the wall outlet or circuit breaker before removing any panels. Confirm power is off with a non-contact voltage tester.
- Power reset: Switch the breaker OFF for 5 minutes, then back ON. Try setting Bake again. If E0 clears, monitor for recurrence.
- Check control panel ribbon cable: Remove the back cover behind the control panel. Inspect the flat ribbon cable from the touch panel to the main PCB. Reseat both ends firmly and ensure there is no corrosion or visible damage.
- Inspect wiring harness: Look for pinched, burnt, or loose wires between the user interface and the main control board. Repair or replace damaged wiring using proper high‑temperature connectors.
- Test incoming voltage: At the terminal block, verify you have correct supply (typically ~220–240 V AC for Hisense ranges). If voltage is low or fluctuating, contact an electrician.
- Replace suspect board: If connections are good and E0 persists, the touch control panel or main control board is likely faulty. Replace the control panel assembly first, then the main control board if needed.
