Cooktop shows "H" or "h" on one or more zones after use.

Safety: Do not attempt to cool the glass rapidly with cold water; this can crack the surface.

• Allow to cool: The "H" indicator is normal and will disappear once the glass cools below a set temperature.
• Sensor issue (rare): If "H" remains even when the glass is cold, the temperature sensor for that zone may be faulty and should be tested and replaced by a technician.
