Display shows LOC or a lock icon, oven or cooktop controls do not respond.

Safety: No internal repair is needed for normal child lock operation.

• Disable child lock: On most Hisense ranges, press and hold the designated lock key (often a key symbol) for 3–5 seconds until the lock icon disappears. Refer to the user manual for the exact key combination.
• Power reset: If the lock will not clear, turn off power for 5 minutes and then restore. Try the lock/unlock sequence again.
• Check keypad: If the lock key does not respond, the touch panel may be faulty and require replacement.
