• Clean burner: Remove burner cap and head. Soak in warm soapy water, then scrub gently with a soft brush. Ensure all ports are clear and dry completely before reassembly.
• Check cap alignment: Reinstall the burner head and cap, ensuring they sit flat and centered.
• Verify gas type: Confirm the range is configured for your gas type (LPG or natural gas). If recently converted, ensure the correct Hisense conversion kit and orifices were used.
• Air shutter adjustment: Some models have adjustable air shutters on the burner tube. Adjust slightly to achieve a stable blue flame with minimal yellow tips.
• Gas pressure: If all burners are weak, have a qualified gas technician check supply pressure and regulator operation.
