Possible Causes

Aged or drifting temperature sensor, Control board calibration off, Poor rack placement or overcrowding, Door seal heat loss

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Use an oven thermometer to verify temperature before making adjustments.

  • Measure actual temperature: Place an accurate oven thermometer in the center of the oven and preheat to 180°C. Compare the displayed temperature to the thermometer reading.
  • Adjust calibration: Many Hisense models allow temperature offset adjustment in the settings menu (e.g., ±35°C). Follow the user manual to calibrate.
  • Check sensor: If the offset required is large, test the sensor resistance and replace if out of spec.
  • Inspect door gasket: Replace a torn or flattened door seal that allows heat to escape.
  • Rack and load: Avoid blocking airflow with oversized pans or multiple trays touching the walls.
