Possible Causes

Uneven floor, Misadjusted leveling legs, Improper installation, Warped cooktop surface

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off gas and power if moving the appliance.

  • Check with level: Place a spirit level on the cooktop surface front-to-back and side-to-side.
  • Adjust legs: Use a wrench to turn the leveling legs at each corner until the range is level in both directions.
  • Floor issues: If the floor is severely uneven, consider shims under the legs as per installation guidelines.
  • Warped surface: If the cooktop itself is visibly warped, contact Hisense service; the top panel may need replacement.
