How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off gas and power if moving the appliance.
- Check with level: Place a spirit level on the cooktop surface front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Adjust legs: Use a wrench to turn the leveling legs at each corner until the range is level in both directions.
- Floor issues: If the floor is severely uneven, consider shims under the legs as per installation guidelines.
- Warped surface: If the cooktop itself is visibly warped, contact Hisense service; the top panel may need replacement.
