Induction cooktop shows F0E1 on one or more zones, burner will not heat

Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker and wait several minutes for capacitors to discharge.

• Remove glass top: Carefully lift off the ceramic glass to expose the induction coils and power module. Support the glass to avoid stress cracks.
• Inspect coil: Check the affected burner coil for cracks, burn marks, or detached windings. Ensure the coil is firmly mounted and not warped.
• Check wiring: Verify that the coil leads are securely connected to the power module terminals. Tighten any loose screws.
• Test continuity: Use a multimeter to measure resistance of the coil; an open circuit indicates a failed coil that must be replaced.
• Module replacement: If the coil is good but F0E1 persists, the corresponding power module channel is likely defective and the module should be replaced as an assembly.
