Oven light does not work even after replacing bulb

Safety first: Disconnect power before replacing bulbs or sockets.

• Confirm bulb type: Use the correct high-temperature oven bulb type and wattage specified in the manual.
• Inspect socket: Check for corrosion or burn marks inside the socket. If damaged, replace the socket assembly.
• Test door switch: Locate the door switch and test for continuity when pressed. Replace if it does not change state.
• Control issue: If the socket and switch are good, the control board may not be sending power to the light circuit and may require replacement.
