Possible Causes

Control lock feature enabled, Moisture on touch panel, Failed touch sensor PCB, Loose ribbon cable to main board

Safety: For internal checks, disconnect power first.

Check for lock icon: If a key or lock symbol is shown, disable the control lock by holding the lock key for several seconds.
Clean and dry: Wipe the glass with a dry cloth to remove moisture or residue that can interfere with touch sensing.
Power cycle: Turn off power for 1–2 minutes, then restore. Test controls again.
Internal inspection: If still unresponsive, access the touch PCB and reseat the ribbon cable to the main board. If no improvement, replace the touch control panel.
