Display shows LOC or a key symbol and oven controls do not respond

Safety: No internal repair is needed for normal lock operation.

• Unlock sequence: Press and hold the designated lock key or a combination (often the Stop or Key symbol) for 3–5 seconds until LOC disappears. Refer to your Ilve user manual for the exact combination.
• Power cycle: If the lock will not clear, turn off power for 1 minute and restore. Try the unlock sequence again.
• Stuck key: If the lock symbol reappears immediately, the lock button may be stuck. Gently press around the key area to free it. If still faulty, the keypad or control panel may need replacement.
