Oven light does not work, oven otherwise operates normally

Safety: Turn off power or at least ensure the oven is off and cool before changing the bulb.

• Replace bulb: Remove the glass cover over the lamp (usually twists off). Replace with the correct high-temperature Ilve-compatible bulb.
• Check socket: If a new bulb does not light, inspect the socket for corrosion or burned contacts. Replace the socket if damaged.
• Door switch: Some models use a door switch to control the light. Test the switch for continuity when the door is open. Replace if faulty.
• Control relay: If the light is controlled by a button and never turns on, the relay on the control board may be defective and require board replacement.
