How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power.
- Identify affected cavity: The user manual or tech sheet will indicate whether F3E2 refers to upper or lower oven on your model.
- Test that sensor: Remove and test the indicated sensor's resistance at room temperature. Replace if out of spec.
- Check wiring to control: Inspect the harness from that sensor to the control board for pinched or burned wires.
- Replace control if needed: If sensor and wiring are good, the control board sensor channel may be defective.
