JennAir oven cooks food unevenly; one side browns more than the other (no error code)

Safety: Disconnect power before touching internal components.

• Check elements: During preheat, verify that the bake element glows evenly along its entire length. Replace if any section stays dark.
• Convection fan: For convection models, ensure the fan runs during convection bake and that the fan cover is not blocked by foil or pans.
• Rack placement: Follow JennAir's recommended rack positions for different foods in the user manual.
• Rotate pans: For very large items, rotate the pan halfway through cooking to even out browning.
• Calibrate oven: Adjust the oven temperature offset if actual temperatures are consistently off.
