Oven door will not open after self-clean cycle, no error code displayed

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker and allow the oven to cool completely before attempting to open the door.

• Wait for cooling:
  • Self-clean temperatures are very high; the door may remain locked until the lock sensor cools.
• Power reset:
  • After cooling, restore power and press Cancel.
  • Listen for the lock motor; if it runs but door stays locked, latch may be jammed.
• Manual release:
  • Turn off power again.
  • Remove the top panel and locate the door lock mechanism.
  • Manually move the latch rod to the unlocked position to open the door.
• Inspect lock assembly:
  • Check for bent parts or melted plastic.
  • Replace the door lock assembly if damaged or unreliable.
