Range or cooktop vibrates, rattles, or makes metallic noises during oven fan or convection operation

Safety first: Turn off the oven and allow moving parts to stop before reaching inside.

• Check racks and trays: Remove all racks, stones, and accessories. Run the fan; if noise stops, adjust or replace the noisy accessory.
• Level the range: Use a spirit level and adjust the leveling feet so the range is stable and does not rock.
• Tighten panels: With power off, tighten screws on internal panels, fan covers, and back panels.
• Inspect fan blade: If noise persists, inspect the convection or cooling fan blade for bends or contact with the shroud. Straighten slightly bent blades or replace the fan assembly.
