Possible Causes

Failed cooling fan motor, seized fan bearings, blocked fan blades, faulty fan relay on main PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Isolate the cooker from mains power and allow it to cool.

Check the cooling fan:

  • Remove the top panel or rear panel (depending on model) to access the cooling fan motor above or behind the oven cavity.
  • Try rotating the fan blades by hand; they should spin freely without grinding noises.
  • If the fan is stiff or seized, replace the cooling fan motor.
  • Check the fan wiring and connectors for heat damage or looseness.
  • Restore power briefly and start the oven while observing (from a safe distance) whether the fan receives voltage when it should run. If not, the fan relay on the main PCB may be faulty and the PCB will need replacement.

Note: Do not operate the oven for extended periods without a functioning cooling fan; this can damage electronics and surrounding cabinetry.
