Possible Causes
Moisture on touch panel, failed touch control PCB, damaged ribbon cable, electrostatic discharge damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
User-level checks:
- Wipe the touch control glass with a dry, soft cloth to remove moisture, grease, or spills.
- Turn off power at the isolator for 5–10 minutes to reset the electronics, then restore power.
- Ensure no objects (utensils, cloths) are resting on the touch panel.
If still unresponsive:
- Isolate power and remove the control panel assembly to access the touch control PCB and ribbon cables.
- Inspect for corrosion, liquid ingress, or burnt components on the PCB.
- Check that the ribbon cable between the touch panel and main control board is fully seated and undamaged.
- If damage is found or E20 persists, replace the touch control module or complete control panel assembly as specified for your Leisure model.
Warning: Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the control panel; spray onto a cloth first to avoid liquid ingress.
