Safety first: Isolate power and allow the oven to cool.

Checks:

Remove the inner rear panel to expose the fan oven element and fan.
Inspect the element for hot spots, cracks, or areas that look burnt. Even if it still heats, damage can reduce performance; replace if suspect.
Spin the fan blades by hand; they should move freely. If stiff or noisy, replace the fan motor.
Check the door seal all around for gaps, tears, or flattening. Replace if not sealing properly.
Use an oven thermometer to compare set vs actual temperature; if significantly off, also consider a faulty thermostat or sensor.

Leisure fan oven runs but takes a very long time to reach temperature or cooks unevenly, no error code.
