How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not force gas taps; if they feel unsafe or leak, turn off the gas supply and call a gas engineer.
User-level:
- Remove the control knobs and clean around the spindle area with a damp cloth; do not flood with liquid.
- Check that the fascia panel is not warped or pressing against the knobs.
