Possible Causes
Loose rear panel screws, cooling fan shroud vibrating, loose internal wiring or conduit, transformer or relay buzz on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power before tightening screws or touching internal parts.
Steps:
- With the oven off and cool, check and tighten all accessible rear panel and side panel screws.
- Remove the top panel to inspect the cooling fan assembly. Ensure all mounting screws are tight and any foam pads or anti-vibration mounts are in place.
- Secure any loose wiring looms with cable ties so they do not vibrate against metal surfaces.
- If the noise is clearly from a relay or transformer on the PCB, this is usually harmless but can indicate wear; consider PCB replacement if noise is excessive.
