How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker.
- Locate lower sensor: In double-oven models, find the sensor in the lower cavity rear wall. Remove screws and pull sensor forward.
- Measure resistance: Disconnect and test (~1080 Ω at room temperature). Replace if open or out of spec.
- Check harness: Inspect wiring from lower sensor to control board for cuts, burns, or loose connectors. Repair or replace as needed.
- Control board: If sensor and wiring are good, replace the main control board.
