LG range displays PF (Power Failure) and clock resets; oven may cancel cooking.

Safety first: Ensure the range is off before inspecting the power connection.

• Check home power: Verify that the circuit breaker for the range is fully ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
• Inspect cord and outlet: Pull the range out carefully and inspect the power cord and outlet or hardwire connection. Look for burns, loose terminals, or damaged insulation.
• Tighten connections: With power OFF at the breaker, tighten terminal block screws on the range where the cord connects. Loose connections can cause intermittent PF errors and overheating.
• Monitor for recurrence: If PF appears frequently without actual outages, have an electrician check the circuit and replace any damaged components.
