Range storage drawer is difficult to open/close or falls off the tracks.

Safety first: Ensure the range is stable and not hot near the drawer area.

Steps:

• Empty drawer: Remove all items from the drawer.
• Remove and inspect: Pull the drawer out until it stops, then lift the front and pull further to remove. Inspect side rails and rear wheels/glides for damage.
• Straighten or replace: Gently straighten minor bends in rails. Replace broken glides or rails with Magic Chef-compatible parts.
• Reinstall: Align the drawer wheels with the rails and slide in until fully seated.

Note: Avoid storing very heavy items in the drawer; it is designed for lightweight cookware.
