How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker.

  • Dry the surface: Wipe the cooktop thoroughly. If a spill occurred, allow time for moisture under the glass to evaporate.
  • Power reset: After at least 30 minutes of cool-down and drying, restore power and test.
