Display shows PF, oven or cooktop may reset clock and settings

Safety first: Ensure all heating elements are off before inspecting power connections.

• Reset clock: Press the appropriate buttons to clear PF and reset the time.
• Check breaker: Verify the range breaker is fully ON. Reset if tripped.
• Inspect cord and outlet: With power off at the breaker, pull the range out and inspect the power cord and terminal block for burns or loose connections. Tighten terminal screws and replace any burned parts.
• Monitor for recurrence: If PF appears frequently without known outages, have an electrician check the circuit and outlet.
