How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn all burners and oven functions OFF before working with knobs.
- Remove knobs: Pull the knobs straight off the valve stems.
- Clean shafts: Wipe the valve stems and surrounding area with a mild cleaner to remove grease and debris.
- Inspect knobs: Check for cracks or rounded hubs that prevent a tight fit. Replace damaged control knobs.
- Reinstall correctly: Align the knob indicator with the OFF position and push firmly onto the stem.
