Control panel displays LOC or a lock icon; oven or cooktop controls do not respond to input.

Safety first: Ensure all burners and oven functions are off before changing lock settings.

• Disable control lock: On most Monogram ranges, press and hold the Lock Controls or Control Lock pad for 3–5 seconds until LOC or the lock icon disappears. Refer to your user manual for the exact key combination.
• Power reset: If the lock will not clear, turn off power at the breaker for 1 minute, then restore power and try the lock sequence again.
• Check for stuck keys: Press each key firmly to ensure none are stuck. If the lock key does not respond, the touchpad may be failing and the control panel may need replacement.
