Display shows PF and clock flashes after a power cut, oven not heating until reset

Safety: If you suspect a wiring issue, isolate from mains before inspection.

• Reset clock: Set the time of day on the electronic clock/programmer. Many New World ovens will not heat until the clock is set.
• Check mains connection: With power off, remove the rear terminal cover and ensure live, neutral, and earth connections are tight and correctly clamped.
• Monitor supply: If PF appears frequently without obvious power cuts, have an electrician check the circuit for loose connections or voltage dips.
