How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.
- Dry out moisture: If the issue started after a spill or steam event, allow the control area to dry for several hours with power off.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the rear control cover and carefully unplug and reinsert the keypad ribbon into the control board.
- Test keys: After restoring power, test each key. If some keys still do not respond, replace the control panel/touchpad assembly.
- Control board: If a new keypad does not resolve the issue, the electronic oven control board may also need replacement.
