Possible Causes
Open or shorted lock motor coil, Broken wiring to lock motor, Faulty EOC lock drive circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker.
Steps to check:
- Access lock motor: Remove the top or rear panel to reach the door lock motor assembly.
- Test motor coil: Disconnect the motor connector and measure resistance across the motor terminals. An open or extremely low reading indicates a bad motor.
- Check harness: Inspect and test continuity of the wires from the EOC to the lock motor. Repair any breaks.
- Replace motor or EOC: Replace the lock motor assembly if the coil is bad. If the motor and wiring are good but F95 persists, replace the EOC.
