Possible Causes

Safety first: Switch off the cooktop at the breaker and allow it to cool.

Steps:

Check that the ventilation slots around the cooktop are not blocked by cookware, foil, or cabinetry.
Ensure there is sufficient clearance under the cooktop per Tecnogas installation instructions.
After cooling, restore power and listen for the internal cooling fan when a zone is activated. If the fan does not run, it may be faulty.
Clean any dust buildup around the fan and heat sinks.

If Er01 recurs and the fan is not operating, the fan motor or power module may need replacement.
