Possible Causes
Child lock function enabled, Liquid on touch surface, Faulty touch sensor PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Disable child lock: Press and hold the key-lock symbol (or the designated combination) for 3–5 seconds until the lock indicator turns off.
- Clean the glass: Wipe the control area with a dry, soft cloth to remove spills or condensation that may be triggering the sensors.
- Power reset: Turn off the breaker for 1–2 minutes, then restore power and test.
If Er03 persists with a clean, dry surface and lock disabled, the touch control PCB may be defective.
