Oven temperature is consistently too hot or too cold compared to the set temperature.

Safety first: Allow the oven to cool before working inside.

Steps:

• Use an accurate oven thermometer to compare actual temperature to the setpoint at 180–200°C.
• If the difference is small (±10–20°C), adjust the temperature offset in the Tecnogas control settings (refer to user manual).
• If the difference is large or erratic, test the oven sensor resistance and replace if out of spec.
• Inspect the door gasket for gaps or tears and replace if damaged.
