Possible Causes
Aged oven temperature sensor, Control board calibration offset, Poor oven door seal causing heat loss
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the oven to cool before working inside.
Steps:
- Use an accurate oven thermometer to compare actual temperature to the setpoint at 180–200°C.
- If the difference is small (±10–20°C), adjust the temperature offset in the Tecnogas control settings (refer to user manual).
- If the difference is large or erratic, test the oven sensor resistance and replace if out of spec.
- Inspect the door gasket for gaps or tears and replace if damaged.
