Thermador range oven beeps and displays F0, sometimes accompanied by unresponsive or erratic keypad behavior.

Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker before removing the control panel.

• Power reset: Turn off power for 5 minutes, then restore. If F0 clears temporarily but returns when certain keys are pressed, the keypad is likely faulty.
• Dry the panel: If there was a recent spill or steam exposure, gently dry the control area with a soft cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly on the panel; apply to cloth first.
• Inspect ribbon cable: With power off, remove the control panel trim to access the keypad ribbon cable. Reseat the cable on the electronic control board.
• Test keys: After reassembly, test each key. If F0 reappears when a specific key is pressed, the keypad is defective.

Replace the oven touch panel or membrane keypad assembly if F0 persists. On some models, the keypad and display are integrated and must be replaced as a unit.
