Possible Causes
Loose harness between user interface and power board, Failed communication IC on main board, Corrupted firmware, Moisture on connectors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker before opening the unit.
- Power reset: Turn off power for 10 minutes, then restore. If E6 clears temporarily but returns, proceed with inspection.
- Inspect harnesses: Remove the glass top and check all multi-pin connectors between the touch control board and the main power board. Reseat each connector firmly.
- Check for moisture: Look for condensation or spills that may have reached the boards. Dry thoroughly and correct any sealing issues.
- Board replacement: If E6 persists, replace the user interface board. If still unresolved, replace the main power board as well.
