Display shows a key symbol or LOC and none of the cooking zones can be activated.

User steps:

• Refer to the V-ZUG user manual for your specific model to locate the child lock symbol.
• Typically, press and hold the key lock symbol or a combination of keys (e.g. '+' and '-' or 'On/Off' and a specific key) for 3–5 seconds until the lock indicator disappears.
• Ensure the glass surface is clean and dry before attempting to unlock.

If the lock cannot be cleared following the manual, the touch control panel may be faulty and require replacement by a technician.
