V-ZUG Unintended Touch Activation / Cleaning Interference

Induction hob shows random error beeps and briefly flashes symbols when wiping the surface.

Possible Causes

Wet cloth bridging multiple touch keys, Cleaning chemicals on glass, Excessive pressure on control area, High sensitivity of touch sensors

User guidance:

Always switch off the hob using the main power key before cleaning.
Use a slightly damp cloth, not soaking wet, and avoid pressing hard on the control area.
Dry the surface with a soft towel after cleaning.

This behavior is generally normal and not a fault as long as the hob operates correctly when dry.
